Hampshire Show Home
Icon was approached by a Hampshire property developer to furnish a show home on their development site in central Winchester. The brief demanded that we appeal to the needs of a discerning professional target market, whilst working to a commercial budget. In order to differentiate this property from standard developments, bespoke grass paper wall coverings were used, alongside hand-finished soft furnishings in silk with crystal beading, which add a luxury feel to the property.
